Psychological Services

At NGOM, we work closely with psychologists to provide a bio-psycho-social approach to therapy and rehabilitation. We recognise that physical health, psychological wellbeing and social circumstances can all influence recovery, particularly following injury, trauma or when living with chronic pain.

Our psychological services include rehabilitation and injury counselling, pain management, post-trauma counselling and Mental Health First Aid. We provide individualised support to help clients manage challenges, develop effective coping strategies and work towards improved wellbeing and function.

Our psychologists also specialise in conflict resolution and mediation, with extensive experience in achieving positive outcomes and helping to restore personal and workplace relationships.

  • Stress management — support for stress, anxiety and panic
