WORKSITE ASSESSMENTS
The only way to truly understand what your work environment is like is for us to visit your workplace and experience it first hand. At NGOM, all our practitioners are able to perform worksite assessments, either as part of the Medical Worksite Visit service or by an NGOM physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist who can develop a suitable graduated return to work program.

Fitness for Duty Assessments
Our GPs provide comprehensive Fitness for Duty assessments to help determine whether a worker is medically fit to safely perform their usual duties following illness, injury, or a period of absence.
The assessment considers the worker’s current health, functional capacity, job requirements and any workplace risks. Our GPs can provide practical advice regarding capacity for work, suitable duties, workplace restrictions and a safe return-to-work plan, where appropriate.
We work with workers and employers to support a safe, sustainable and timely return to the workplace while maintaining confidentiality and respecting the worker’s privacy.
