Recent graduate from a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Flinders University, Liana can offer her updated knowledge and evidence-based treatment approaches to assist clients with their injury or condition management.
Proactively implementing injury prevention strategies via Pre-employment Medical and Functional Screens, and rehabilitating occupational injuries are key services delivered by Liana. She is a strong believer that there is no one-size fits all approach, and will passionately strive to understand your needs, concerns and situation to guide the development of an individualized exercise plan specific to your goals.
Her desire to help others move well and live an active lifestyle has derived from her own passion with exercise and sports. Outside of work you would often find Liana having a run around on the football field or basketball court, putting her fiercely competitive nature on display.
