Tegan graduated with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Flinders University in 2024, bringing evidence-based knowledge and a practical approach to pre-employment screening and injury prevention.
At NGOM, Tegan conducts Pre-employment Medical and Functional Screens, assessing an individual’s physical capacity against the demands of their prospective role. She is passionate about identifying potential areas of risk and providing practical recommendations to support safe and sustainable participation in the workplace.
Outside of work, Tegan has a strong passion for exercise and sport. She has been participating in Taekwondo for over 15 years and continues to compete and teach, reflecting her belief in the importance of staying active and maintaining physical capacity.
