Dr Radwi is fluent in Arabic and Urdu, and proficient in Farsi.
He trained overseas and brings more than 30 years of clinical experience across a broad range of medical disciplines, supported by a strong surgical background. Since 2018, he has practised as a GP in rural NSW and VIC caring for diverse communities and undertaking a variety of clinical roles before joining Next Gen.
Dr Radwi has a strong interest in occupational health, workplace injury management, and injury prevention. He is committed to helping workers recover safely, facilitating timely and sustainable return-to-work outcomes, and partnering with employers to promote workplace health and wellbeing.
His solutions-focused approach, combined with his extensive clinical and surgical experience, enables him to provide practical, evidence-based care tailored to the needs of both workers and businesses.
Known for his compassionate and collaborative style, Dr Radwi values building strong relationships with patients, employers, and allied health professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of work, Dr Radwi enjoys travelling, reading, painting, and has a passion for fast cars.
